What is the typical timeline for event design planning?For Hotel Decorating services, we ask that all inquiries be submitted no later than 72 hours before the time of event. While we have pulled off amazing parties in 2 weeks or less, For traditional parties and social gatherings we ask that inquiries be submitted no later than 1 month prior to the event date.

Can you work within my budget?We understand that every budget is unique. At Your Eventor, we offer a variety of packages, ensuring flexibility for every client.

Do you provide a detailed proposal and cost breakdown?Yes! We provide each client with a proposal that includes a contract and cost breakdown tailored towards their event.

Do you work with specific vendors, or can I choose my own?At Your Eventor, we don't compromise on quality. Our exclusive partnerships with preferred vendors reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, consistent services.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that life happens. In the event of cancellation, any initial deposit or payment that has been made for the service is non-refundable. Any payment made by Your Eventor can be used as a credit towards a future event or service as long as cancellation occurs prior to one week before the event date. Different cancellation policies may apply amongst other preferred vendors.
